My dedication for over 10 years has been nurturing talent, particularly through mentoring and coaching initiatives within the equine industry.

The launch of Eileen Harte, Therapeutic Coaching, is a service to equip clients with the skills to enable them to move forward with their goals and evolve to their maximum potential.

With a robust foundation in business for 20 years as Commercial Director of Keith Harte Bloodstock Ltd, this role has been a conduit for sourcing new clients and elevating our company services.

My venture into Coaching and Therapy, grounded in Adlerian principles, reflects a commitment to holistic growth with my clients.
